(1) After cooking, add this product immediately while the oil is hot (about 80 degrees or higher).
(2) Stir thoroughly until the product is completely dissolved.
(3) Let stand for about 1 hour until the oil solidifies.
(4) After hardening, peel it off with a spatula and discard as combustible garbage.

[For cold oil]

・Add this product and reheat while stirring (about 80 degrees).
・After it is fully melted, be sure to turn off the heat and let the oil cool.

[If not hardened]

・If the amount of oil is too much, it will not harden. Add this product and heat again (about 80 degrees).
・Once melted, be sure to extinguish the fire and set aside.
[Precautions for use]

・When using cold oil, do not overheat the oil.
・At temperatures above 50 degrees, the solidified oil may start to melt again.
・Do not use it for any other purpose.
・Do not use hardened oil for cooking.
